The vast majority of my collages are taped (with transparent scotch tape) in my notebooks. (The barely visible text from the opposite side of the notebook's page is not intentional, but the scanning process happens to reveal it.) The images are cut from various sources, but mostly from magazines and advertisements. Due to my own poor negligence in the labeling of my own artworks, the indicated dates/years on some of the earlier artworks (late 1990s and early 2000s) are a ballpark figure.

This thin transparent sculpture (that I spared from the garbage can) is kinetic. It can take a different shape every time I open my notebook pages; that's because it is not taped down with scotch tape, and its shape is circumstantial. When the pages are lifted, the static lifts the sculpture too and modifies it. When the pages are closed, the foil is compressed between the pages... until the next time the pages are opened again.
